This page sets out the terms governing your use of ValuJack and the intellectual property rights that protect the service. By accessing or using ValuJack, you agree to these terms.
ValuJack is operated by DAFAB 57134, Sweden, a sole proprietorship based in Sweden. References to "we", "us", "our", and "ValuJack" mean the operator. References to "you" mean any user of the service. The service is provided via valujack.com and any related applications.
ValuJack is provided as an educational and research tool. By using the service, you confirm that:
ValuJack offers a free tier with three investment strategies (King, Jack, Two) and a Pro tier that unlocks all six strategies (King, Queen, Jack, Ace, Two, Joker).
New users may start a 7-day Pro trial at no cost. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at $9.99 USD per month unless cancelled before the trial period ends. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Once cancelled, you retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by [PAYMENT_PROVIDER]. By starting a trial or subscription, you authorise recurring monthly charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel. Applicable VAT will be added where required by law.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. EU/EEA consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services; however, by activating Pro access during the trial or immediately upon purchase, you expressly consent to immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost upon commencement of service. You can cancel future renewals at any time to avoid further charges.
All content on ValuJack — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, the playing-card visual system, user interface design, scoring methodology, daily deck composition, written copy, and underlying source code — is the property of ValuJack and is protected by Swedish, EU, and international copyright, database, design, and trademark laws.
"ValuJack" and the ValuJack logo are trademarks of DAFAB 57134, Sweden. Use of the marks without prior written permission is prohibited. This includes use in product names, domain names, advertising, social media, or any context that could suggest endorsement, affiliation, or origin.
The text, code, design, and the specific selection and arrangement of content on ValuJack are protected under the Swedish Copyright Act (Lag 1960:729 om upphovsrätt till litterära och konstnärliga verk) and corresponding EU directives. All rights are reserved.
The selection, screening, scoring, and arrangement of company data on ValuJack constitute a database within the meaning of Directive 96/9/EC on the legal protection of databases. ValuJack asserts the sui generis database right over its compilation. Systematic extraction or re-utilisation of substantial parts of the ValuJack database is prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
The investment methodologies referenced in ValuJack — including the Magic Formula, Piotroski F-Score, CANSLIM, SEPA, Dividend Aristocrats methodology, and contrarian value approaches — are the public intellectual contributions of their respective authors (Joel Greenblatt, Joseph Piotroski, William O'Neil, Mark Minervini, S&P Dow Jones Indices, David Dreman, and others). ValuJack claims no ownership of those underlying methodologies; it claims ownership only over its own implementation, scoring system, presentation, curation, and the database that results from that work.
Without prior written permission from ValuJack, you may not:
ValuJack reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at its discretion in cases of abuse, misuse, fraud, attempted circumvention of paywalls, or breach of these terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees paid for the current billing period.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data, or non-infringement. ValuJack does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ValuJack and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, including but not limited to investment losses, lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities — even if ValuJack has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of ValuJack shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, except where consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
If you believe content on ValuJack infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at contact@valujack.com with a detailed description of the alleged infringement, the rights you claim are infringed, and your contact information. We will review and respond to legitimate notices.
ValuJack may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Where required by law, we will provide reasonable advance notice of changes that materially affect your rights. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
